Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

We offer cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. If you change your mind within that time, need to change sizing, or make a general exchange, please send us an email at support@mangolift.co or call us at (888) 486-1126

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If the order has been shipped, a return can be arranged but only after the item arrives to your destination.

How does shipping work?

Your order will be shipped in partnership with USPS for the US, Canada Post for Canada, Royal Mail for the UK, Australia Post for Australia, and other main shipping lines for other countries

Orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing delays. We are most happy to help!
